You are so brave to post your actual weight online. Good job this wknd even though you werent able to eat as healthy as you wanted to. I feel myself getting stronger at the gym but sadly i've gained another lb. since Monday. so frustrating again

Thanks Stacie! I think this is the only way I'm going to be able to really do it. Otherwise when given the choice between working out or putting it off and helping someone (like my kids or my husband) I will just put it off. This way though I feel I am helping other people while also helping myself. Good for you for going to the gym. Muscle weighs more than fat and burns more calories- it will more than even out! :)
